Everything is cool about it except it's face. As far as we know, it doesn't have teeth and fangs. It's blades should be a good 50% larger than the rest of it's head. And it's arms should be much shorter, and it's toes on it's feet much bigger.
I have toothless version available somewhere. I did base Haxorus on raptors, although, I'd probably make it more monitor like. I make sure that the Pokémon resembles the silhouette, but I like to change some of the anatomies to my liking. You seem to have this notion about certain body parts too big or too long, which actually take away the fun from the re-design process. Whose to say that a dominant or elderly Haxorus wouldn't have slightly larger tusks than the norm? I've had to shift Pokémon anatomy to make them more plausible in a real-life setting. Even with monitor-like anatomy, Haxorus would certainly have trouble centering its gravity like that.
This is amazing, spot on to what I imagined. When will Nintendo learn that this is what we need? Just ONE. ONE realistic Pokemon game would be awesome beyond compare. They could take you on as their artist.
Yeah, you're probably right... but still! They did quite well with X & Y in making the Pokemon more realistic (what with the 3D models and all). Maybe they should keep going down that line and add more detail and realism to the Pokemon. Or maybe an ultra-realistic Pokedex is just what we need! Raichu agrees.
