When several of these Pokémon gather, their electricity could build and cause lightning storms.
Pokémon #25: Pikachu
Based on: Mouse/rodent with some minor characteristics of the Pika.
Ish Pikachu, in a realistic style. I feel like drawing all the starter Pokémon and their evolutions, but I have the motivation of a fly. We'll see how we go.
I tried to get a concept art style, but I'm still learning.
